YF 8641 Serie Integrierte Erdgas-Kraftstoffregelventil

YF 8641 Serie Integrierte Erdgas-Kraftstoffregelventil

Die Y&F 8641 Serie Integriertes Erdgas-Kraftstoffregelventil ist ein ausbalanciertes Doppelkolbenventil für die Gasturbinenkraftstoff Steuerung. The Y&F 8641 Series Integrated Natural Gas Fuel Control Valve Assembly is a balanced double-poppet flow control valve for gas turbine fuel control. With a known Cv curve, it can be operated via closed-loop position control by any modern turbine controller. Additionally, with a specially programmed Y&F 1100 Series Motor Controller, the 8641 is a retrofit replacement for the Y&F 7-5078 Hydraulic Actuator, loader and butterfly valve fuel control system on several Solar gas turbines (including Centaur, Taurus, and Mars). In this application there is no need to upgrade turbine controls; the Y&F system regulates flow based directly on the Compressor DIscharge Pressure and Setpoint signals. Power: 120 Volt DC Nominal (80-180 Volt DC Range). Also operates on AC Motor position: 4-20 mA command Minimum/Maximum pressure: 0-435 psi(g) Minimum/Maximum fuel temp: -40°C to +150°C (-40 to +302°F) Rated flow: 6000 pph Valve body material: Stainless Steel Compliance: NACE IV Slew Rate: < 100 Milliseconds Full Stroke Response time: < 20 Milliseconds Options: RF 600# ANSI Flanges, 24VDC Nominal, (18 - 30 Volt DC Range), also operates on AC Options 2: NACE available Ratings: CE (PED, ATEX: ZONE 1) NA (Class 1, Div 1) Certifications: UL / CE / CSA / ATEX / PED / MD / IP-65
8580 Serie Gasregelventil

8580 Serie Gasregelventil

Die Y&F 8580 Serie Gas Control Assemblies ermöglicht eine schnelle und zuverlässige Kontrolle des Gasbstroms zum Verbrennungssystem einer grossen Industrie- oder Nutzgasturbine. The Y&F 8580 Series Gas Control Valve Assemblies provide fast and reliable control of gas fuel flow to the combustion system of a large industrial or utility gas turbine. The two-way valves provide variable flow control in applications requiring highly linear critical gas flow relative to valve stroke. The hydraulic actuator assemblies provide safe turbine fuel shutoff and reliable valve positioning. Control valve positioning is affected through a triple coil, two-stage servo valve that recieves a +/- 8 mA command. Position feedback is measured using two LVDT’s. Y&F 8580 Series Valves utilize a common design for 1” to 10” line size applications. Line Size: 2" -- 3" -- 4" -- 6" -- 8" Flow Characteristics: 2"- 8" (Linear) Maximum Cg: 2" (1,200) -- 3" (2,900) -- 4" (4,300) -- 6" (6,600) -- 8" (13,000) Hydraulic Pressure: 1200 to 1700 psig Maximum Operating Pressure: 1700 psig Proof Pressure: 2800 psig Maximum Rod Seal Drain Pressure: 10 psig Maximum Return Pressure: 30 psig Trip Valve: Independent electric or hydraulic trip valve Trip Time: < 100 ms for up to 6” valve, < 200 ms for 8” or larger valve Trip Relay: Low Pressure (100 psi) -- High Pressure (1600 psi) -- Electric (125 VDC) Feedback: 0.7 to 3.5 Vrms LVDT feedback with 7.0 Vrms input RVDT feedback: Available for rotary valves; limit switch standard for aux/stop valves Servo Command: +/- 8 mA servo command; +/- 60 mA servo command options available Typical slew time: 0.7 +/- .03 second; 0.200 second slew time available for some models Failsafe: Close Overboard leakage: Zero leakage, as shipped Failure Mode: Spring type to drive valve to safe position with loss of signal (Fail Close) Component Certifications: Certified to North American and European standards for use in hazardous locations
